Thai was my first time to get ANY cosmetic procedures done, but Michelle was amazing! She is super excited to help people transform and she puts you very much at ease. She is very gentle, very efficient, and very professional. I ended up getting Botox in my forehead to help with my scowl headaches as well as a lip flip and a little filler in my lips. I love everything I’ve had done, it looks 100% natural. The facility is very clean. It’s sort of tucked back in a strip center so it’s a little hard to spot right off. Marylou, is the best!
I have some tattoos I’m having removed as well as some hair.
In the past I’ve had technicians ignore my input as well as not pay attention to what the skin was doing. Usually resulting in a lot of pain and blistering.
Marylou pays close attention adjusting the machine for each area and how the skin is responding. There will always be a little bit of pain with tattoo removal, with Marylou, almost no pain. Everywhere else I have been, has made me nauseated with the pain, or the price, or both.
I highly recommend at least doing a consult, their prices are the best around, and staff is very good about dealing with cleanliness and the current times.
My wife will be going to Marylou soon, and anyone who ask... I will send to Marylou and Z.read more

Owner Michelle is a perfectionist, gives each client the time they need and provides top notch treatments.
At the same time, she doesn't push services or products, and manages an organized, blooming business.
I've also met the laser technician, who matches the high standards of the Spa, takes all the time needed for explanations and guidance, knows her job well, and uses time very efficiently.
The office itself is conveniently located for The Woodlands and near I45 for clients from other areas.
The reception is tight, but well presented, I've never seen more than one or two people waiting, clients are attended on time, and time is well managed so both sides –client and provider– are satisfied.
Rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully arranged.
The equipment I've seen is up to date and personnel well trained on it.
I feel confident and in good hands at Z Medi Spa, and would recommend for quality of services, personable professionals/technicians, reasonable price, results, and location.read more
